June 7, 2018 Meeting

We had a full meeting on June 7th!       First we had a visiting Rotarian from the Phillipines, Hoover S. Picar.   Thank you Hoover for joining us!

 

 

Unfortunately, this meeting was Jose's last visit to our club.    It was great having Jose here and everyone will miss her.    Thank you Jose for being a part of the exchange student program!

 

 

Lastly, Kimberly Hansen with Rebuilding Together spoke to us about Rebuilding Together.   They started in Des Moines in 1995, with the first year, they worked on 3 houses.   In 2017, they worked on a total of 212 houses.  Thank you Kim for stopping by!
